Lead consultant and founder of Guanxi Consultants. I began this site and the accompanying blog in order to increase my clients’ knowledge of the EB-5 investor visa program and the changing regulations, legislation and expected practices.

I consult on plans for Regional Centers and EB-5 investment projects. I work directly with clients to assist them in the preparation of all things EB-5. This includes serving as a point of contact between investors, government agencies, third-party service providers and real estate development teams. Other services include acting as a liaison for investors, overseeing the correct filing of applications, providing timelines for investors, and researching new government programs that will affect my clients and the EB-5 landscape.

My experience with EB-5 includes servicing investor needs, managing projects for Regional Centers, researching new programs and serving as a liaison between foreign/local governments and contact leaders in the US.

  • Wayne County & the State of Michigan's 2011 Asia Pacific Trade Mission
